Tenant Improvement

Inspections
You don’t want to wait until you need your fire prevention system to find out if it works properly, It would be too late at that point. It is important to keep up with inspections and maintenance of your fire sprinkler system.
Title 19 inspections
During an annual fire sprinkler inspection, we will perform a water flow test to ensure that all alarms and bells are in working order, In the inspection, we perform a control valve test, a main drain test, and a visual inspection of all piping and sprinkler heads.
Five Year Inspections
During a five-year fire sprinkler inspection, we perform all of the same procedures as in an annual inspection as well as a visual inspection of the inside of check valves, system piping, and a full flush on the Fire Department Connection (FDC).
Completed Inspections
When the Inspection is completed we will submit all of your documentation to the local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) or governing body.
